สแกนดิเนเวีย (อังกฤษ: Scandinavia; เดนมาร์กและสวีเดน: Skandinavien; นอร์เวย์, แฟโร และฟินแลนด์: Skandinavia; ไอซ์แลนด์: Skandinavía; ซามีเหนือ: Skadesi-suolu, Skađsuâl) เป็นภูมิภาคทางภูมิศาสตร์และประวัติศาสตร์ มีศูนย์กลางอยู่ที่คาบสมุทรสแกนดิเนเวียในยุโรปเหนือ มาจากชื่อเดิมว่า มณฑลสกาเนีย (Scanian Province) ประเทศในกลุ่มสแกนดิเนเวีย ได้แก่ สวีเดน นอร์เวย์ และเดนมาร์ก อาจรวมถึงประเทศอื่น ๆ ในกลุ่มนอร์ดิก เช่น ไอซ์แลนด์ ฟินแลนด์ จากความสัมพันธ์ใกล้ชิดทางประวัติศาสตร์และวัฒนธรรม
