ชาวเยอรมัน (เยอรมัน: Deutsche) เป็นกลุ่มชนเจอร์แมนิกที่มีถิ่นกำเนิดในยุโรปกลาง เดิมชนชาติพวกนี้ถูกเรียกว่าชาวทิวทัน หรือชาวกอธ ปัจจุบันมีประชากรโดยรวม 100-150 ล้านคน ชาวเยอรมันจัดว่าเป็นเผ่าพันธุ์เดียวกันกับพวก ชาวอังกฤษและชาวดัตช์
