ช่องแคบมะละกา (อังกฤษ: Strait of Malacca; จีน: 馬六甲海峽/马六甲海峡; ทมิฬ: மலாக்கா நீரிணை; มลายู: Selat Melaka; อินโดนีเซีย: Selat Malaka; ฮินดี: मलक्का जलडमरूमध्य) เป็นช่องแคบที่มีความยาว 580 ไมล์ (930 กิโลเมตร) ตั้งอยู่ระหว่างคาบสมุทรมลายูกับเกาะสุมาตรา เนื่องจากร่องน้ำขนส่งหลักตั้งอยู่ระหว่างมหาสมุทรอินเดียกับมหาสมุทรแปซิฟิก ทำให้เป็นหนึ่งในที่สำคัญที่สุดในโลก ชื่อช่องแคบตั้งชื่อมาจากที่เคยปกครองเหนือกลุ่มเกาะใน ค.ศ. 1400 ถึง 1511
